Cylindrical Crusader Combat Helmet, faithfully reproduced based on medieval iconographic sources. This type of helmet, popular from the first half of the 11th century, was widely used during the 12th century, especially in Crusades, generally combined with a ringed iron coif for complete protection.
Derived from the first cervelliere reinforced with upper plates, this model represents an evolution towards more protective forms, anticipating the development of closed helmets and the Great Helmet. The cylindrical structure ensures effective head coverage, making it ideal for both reenactment combat and historical events.
The interior of the helmet features a comfortable, adjustable leather cuff, designed to ensure a stable fit. It comes with a leather chinstrap with a brass buckle for a secure closure.
